I am going to try something new (but well tested throughout the blogosphere) namely the Teaser Tuesdays. Teaser Tuesdays are hosted by MizB at Should be Reading, where you can also check out other blogger's links to their Teaser Tuesdays-posts.The rules are simple:
Grab your current read.
Let the book fall open to a random page.
Share with us two (2) “teaser” sentences from that page, somewhere between lines 7 and 12.

You also need to share the title of the book that you’re getting your “teaser” from … that way people can have some great book recommendations if they like the teaser you’ve given!

They are from p. 243 in "The Summer That Never Was" by Peter Robinson. It is number 13 in the Alan Banks series of which I have read a couple in random order.

I think I have been watching too much "Dexter" on DVD because that Teaser made me laugh!
