Looks yummy, but I need to know what it is!!!
Its apples and bacon and it tastes so yummy and while it is not necessarily a Christmas dish, we only eat it around Christmas time in my family ;o)

Thanks Noner - I'm not really sure, but its not bacon and its not salted....but it is yummy when fried :-)
